INTELLIGENCE BELONGS WHERE THE DATA LIVES.

01 / THE IDEA

Move the model to the operational data.

RAIN is building local intelligence for facilities where raw operational data needs to remain on-site. Renewable energy is the first focus. The investment conversation begins with the evidence required to turn a working simulator into a useful, reliable and repeatable deployment.

01

The initial wedge

A battery-storage simulator exercises telemetry capture, local inference, retraining, evaluation and recorded history. It demonstrates loop mechanics, not established customer outcomes.

02

The next evidence

A scoped field pilot must test real signal quality, target hardware, alert usefulness and operating stability with a design partner.

03

The commercial questions

Which operational decision improves? What installation and support effort is required? What continuing value does the local software provide? The pilot must inform those answers.

02 / IN PRACTICE

How the pieces come together.

Define the scope, preserve the boundary, and make the outcome something a person can inspect.

  1. 01

    Harden the system

Advance evaluation, detection and sustained operation on target hardware. Production uplink, hardware-backed signing and upstream model delivery remain unfinished.

  2. 02

    Validate with a design partner

Agree access and success criteria, then evaluate the system under real site conditions. Establish useful outcomes before assuming repeatability.

  3. 03

    Build a repeatable deployment

Use the evidence to define onboarding, support and commercial terms. Validate additional asset adapters before expanding into solar, wind or other settings.

03 / A FEW DETAILS

Worth understanding.

What stage is RAIN at?

The current investor overview identifies RAIN as pre-seed. The implementation is validated against a simulated battery-storage plant; a first real-site pilot is the next milestone.

Are commercial terms or customer returns published?

No standard commercial terms or measured customer returns are established in the published overview. Hardware and commercial scope will be developed with design partners.
