Does RAIN predict turbine failures today?

No prediction capability or field performance is established for wind. The proposed work starts with signal access, operating context and a measurable review question.

Would the study change turbine operation?

No. RAIN’s proposed role is observation and advisory context. Turbine control and maintenance decisions remain with existing systems and responsible teams.
